本次上市，精锋医疗拟全球发售2772.22万股H股，另有15%超额配股权，发售价为每股43.24港元。假设超额配股权未获行使，预计募资总额约为11.99亿港元，募资净额约为11.17亿港元。
其中，约42%将分配至核心产品的研发，约20%用于核心产品的商业化，约10%用于扩大产能，约8%将分配至其他产品和在研产品，约10.0%用于手术机器人行业及相关领域的潜在策略收购、投资或合作，约10%用于营运资金及一般企业用途。
精锋医疗引入了13名基石投资者，合共认购7500万美元。其中，基石投资者包括ADIA、UBS AM Singapore、OrbiMed（奥博资本）、腾讯、华夏基金、大湾区共同家园投资等。
