Infinities Technology International (Cayman) Holding Limited (INFINITIES TECH) reported that it has yet to reach an agreement with its auditor to commence the audit of consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025. As a result, publication of the FY-2025 annual results will be further delayed.

Trading in the company’s shares has been suspended since 9:00 a.m. on 1 April 2026 and will remain halted until further notice. The suspension follows the company’s earlier disclosure of its inability to release audited results within the prescribed timeframe, triggering Rule 13.24A of the Hong Kong Listing Rules.

Operationally, INFINITIES TECH continues to develop and operate mobile games, distribute digital media content, and supply gaming products in Mainland China and overseas. Management stated that day-to-day business activities are proceeding “as usual,” and the board will monitor the group’s financial position and operations closely.

The company has committed to publishing further announcements, including quarterly updates, to keep shareholders and potential investors informed of the resumption process and any material developments.

As of 7 July 2026, the board comprises eight members: two executive directors (Li Qiang and Wang Le), three non-executive directors (Liang Junhua, Wang Ning and Wang Yan), and three independent non-executive directors (Leung Ming Shu, Tang Shun Lam and Ding Peishan).
