ZG Group-W Appoints Chen Enlin as Joint Company Secretary and Authorized Representative

ZG Group-W (06676) announced that Ms. Li Shaomei has resigned from her positions as Joint Company Secretary, Authorized Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules, and Agent for service of legal process in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of Hong Kong Law). Her resignation will take effect from March 27, 2026.

Following Ms. Li's resignation, Ms. Chen Enlin has been appointed as the company's Joint Company Secretary, Authorized Representative, and Agent for service of legal process, effective from March 27, 2026. After these changes, Mr. Meng Long will continue to serve as Joint Company Secretary alongside Ms. Chen.
