Precious Dragon Maintains Stable Share Base in August; Confirms Public Float Compliance

Precious Dragon Technology Holdings Limited reported no changes to its share capital structure for the month ended 31 August 2026, according to its latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) on 2 September 2026.

The company’s authorised share capital remained at 1.50 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 15.00 million. Issued shares were unchanged at 233.92 million, and the group continued to hold zero treasury shares.

Precious Dragon confirmed that it satisfied the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 percent of issued shares as at end-August.

Under the Pre-IPO Share Option Scheme (exercise price: HKD 2.17), 6.56 million options were outstanding, unchanged month-on-month; no options were exercised and no new shares were issued. The 2023 Share Option Scheme remained unused, leaving capacity for up to 23.39 million new shares.

No warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments were outstanding or issued during the period, and no share repurchases, cancellations or transfers were recorded.

The report was signed by Company Secretary Lee Kam Fai, who confirmed full compliance with Hong Kong listing rules and related regulatory requirements.
