昇柏控股有限公司（02340）于2026年2月2日发布截至2026年1月31日的股份变动月报显示，公司普通股与优先股在报告期内未发生增发、购回或注销。普通股已发行总数维持764,723,000股，优先股则保持80,000,000股不变。
