On 28 July 2026, Tian Teck Land Limited announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025-2026 Annual Report, the Circular containing the Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM), and the associated Proxy Form have been released. All documents are now accessible on both the company’s website (ttll.etnet.com.hk) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

Printed copies have been mailed to shareholders who previously elected hard-copy delivery. Any shareholder encountering difficulties in downloading the materials, or wishing to obtain printed versions, may submit a written request to the company’s share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong, or via email to ttll.ecom@computershare.com.hk.

The board reaffirmed its policy of electronic dissemination of future corporate communications. Shareholders may choose: 1) to access all forthcoming documents online in both languages with email notifications, or 2) to continue receiving printed English and/or Chinese copies.

Non-registered shareholders are advised to provide a functional email address to their banks, brokers, custodians, nominees, or HKSCC Nominees Limited to ensure timely receipt of electronic notifications. Until an email address is supplied, these investors will need to monitor the company and HKEX websites directly for new publications.

Those preferring hard copies should complete and return the enclosed reply form or email their request—stating name, address, and language preference—to the share registrar. All printed materials will be dispatched free of charge upon receipt of a valid request.
