The transaction was executed at an average price of approximately HK$7.37 per share, resulting in a total consideration of about HK$434,800.
Following this purchase, his total shareholding in the company has risen to approximately 455 million shares.
This revised stake now represents about 36.44% of the company's total issued shares.
