中联重科股份有限公司（01157）7月17日公告称，持股5%以上股东长沙中联和一盛投资合伙企业（有限合伙）（以下简称“和一盛投资”）已于2026年7月15日将所持有的部分股份办理质押手续。此次质押股份数量为156,000,000股，占其持股比例22.87%，占公司总股本1.80%。质押权人为中国中金财富证券有限公司，质押用途为融资，质押期限自2026年7月15日起至办理解除质押手续之日止。
截至公告披露日，和一盛投资及其一致行动人合计持有公司1,037,050,603股，占公司总股本11.99%。本次质押完成后，上述股东及其一致行动人累计质押股份672,323,663股，占其合计持股比例64.83%，占公司总股本7.77%。
公司表示，和一盛投资不是公司的控股股东或第一大股东，其股份质押不存在平仓风险；该事项不会对公司生产经营和公司治理产生影响。公司将持续关注相关质押情况，并按规定履行信息披露义务。
