宜宾银行(02596)于2026年6月25日举行的2025年度股东会上，正式批准了2025年度利润分配方案，将向全体股东派发末期股息。
根据公告，本次末期股息为每股派发现金人民币0.0356元（含税），股权登记日为2026年7月7日。公司预计于2026年8月25日或之前，向登记在册的内资股股东及H股股东完成派付。
对于H股股东，股息将以港币支付，换算汇率为股东大会宣派股息前五个工作日中国人民银行公布的人民币兑港币汇率中间价的平均值（1港元兑人民币0.86969元），折算后每股H股末期股息为0.040934港元（含税）。有关代扣代缴所得税等税务安排，将按相关规定执行。
