Ulferts International Limited (ULFERTS) has disclosed that Company Secretary and authorised representative Ms. Chan Lai Yim will step down effective 15 August 2026. The outgoing secretary confirmed no disagreements with the board and no matters requiring shareholder attention.

Concurrent with Ms. Chan’s departure, the board will appoint Ms. Fung Pui Ling as both Company Secretary and authorised representative on the same date. Ms. Fung is a fellow of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute (UK) and brings more than 30 years of corporate governance experience.

The board, led by Chairman Mr. Yeung Ching Loong, Alexander, expressed appreciation for Ms. Chan’s service and welcomed Ms. Fung to her new roles. As of 24 July 2026, the board comprises three executive directors—Mr. Yeung Ching Loong, Alexander; Mr. Chan Chuen Yin; and Ms. Fan Man Seung, Vanessa—alongside three independent non-executive directors: Ms. Chan Yee Man, Mr. Chiu Kin Fai, and Mr. Ng Hoi Yue.
