Frasers Property Limited announced on Aug, 31 2026 that it has acquired Cuppage Terrace, a cluster of 17 conservation Peranakan-style shophouses on Singapore’s Orchard Road, for an agreed property value of 175 million Singapore dollars.

The 99-year leasehold asset occupies approximately 28,986 square feet of land and offers a total gross floor area of about 34,678 square feet, excluding its outdoor refreshment area. Located a five-minute walk from Somerset MRT station, the enclave houses food-and-beverage, entertainment and nightlife tenants.

Cuppage Terrace sits next to The Centrepoint, Frasers Property’s flagship retail asset, and is directly connected to the 10-storey office building 51 Cuppage Road, which the group also owns. The latest purchase creates an integrated cluster along Orchard Road, enabling coordinated asset enhancement and long-term value creation across the precinct.

The transaction follows the company’s successful collective sale tender for the leasehold rear plot of The Centrepoint for 391.9 million Singapore dollars in Feb, 2026. Operations at Cuppage Terrace, The Centrepoint and 51 Cuppage Road will continue as usual while Frasers Property assesses future enhancement opportunities aligned with government plans to rejuvenate Singapore’s premier shopping district.
