China PPT Inv Releases 2026 Annual & ESG Reports Online, Offers Free Printed Copies on Request

China Properties Investment Holdings Ltd (“China PPT Inv”) has announced that its 2026 Annual Report and 2026 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report are now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.736.com.hk) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board encourages shareholders—particularly non-registered holders whose shares are kept through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited—to access the web versions to facilitate timely information retrieval.

Printed copies remain available free of charge. Non-registered holders experiencing difficulty with online access, or who prefer hard copies of the current or all future corporate communications, can submit the enclosed Request Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong). Requests may also be emailed to 736-ecom@vistra.com. A prepaid mailing label is provided for local returns.

Shareholders opting for electronic delivery should supply a functional email address to their respective intermediaries to receive future publication notifications via email. If no valid email is on file, the company will continue to send printed notices only.
