Hysan Development Reports Interim Earnings with 7.4% Increase in Underlying Profit

HYSAN DEV (00014) has released its interim results for the first half of 2026, reporting a turnover of approximately HK$1.728 billion, down 0.1% year-on-year. Profit attributable to shareholders fell 2.67% to HK$73 million, compared to the same period last year.

Underlying profit rose 7.4% to HK$1.107 billion, according to the company, driven by fair value gains from the sale of residential units at Bamboo Grove. Basic earnings per share stood at 7 HK cents, while an interim dividend of 27 HK cents per share was declared.
