夜盘异动｜IREN大涨超9%，“英伟达亲儿子”CoreWeave跌10%，Cloudflare大跌17%

周五夜盘交易时段，IREN Ltd 涨超9%，英伟达将向IREN投资至多21亿美元，旨在加速AI基础设施的建设。两家公司在周四的一份声明中表示，IREN已同意授予英伟达五年内以每股70美元的行权价购买至多3000万股股票的权利。

Rocket Lab 夜盘涨6%。一季度营收2.003亿美元，同比增长63.5%；尽管仍录得亏损，但营收增速强劲，且多项运营指标刷新纪录。

MP Materials 夜盘涨超3%。MP Materials一季度销售额为9064.9万美元，高于预期，同比增长49%，实现同比扭亏为盈。

CoreWeave, Inc. 夜盘大跌10%。CoreWeave一季度营收同比增长112%，订单积压达994亿美元。但一季度调整后每股亏损达到1.12美元，高于预期。全年资本支出指引也出现超预期扩张，这意味着折旧与财务费用将持续侵蚀利润，第二季度调整后运营利润指引仅为3000万至9000万美元。

Coinbase 夜盘跌超4%。公司一季度营收从去年同期的20.3亿美元降至14.3亿美元，连续第二个季度亏损，且交易收入大幅下降40%

Applied Optoelectronics 夜盘跌超3%。第一季度营收同比增长51%至1.511亿美元，但低于预期。营收缺口主要来自数据中心业务，该业务实现8140万美元，不及预期的9140万美元。当季经调整毛利率为29.2%，低于预期的30.4%。

Cloudflare 夜盘大跌超17%。第二季度营收指引略低于预期，并宣布将进行大规模重组，计划在全球范围内裁员约20%。
