Newlink Technology Inc. (Stock Code: 09600) reported an increase in issued ordinary shares on 11 February 2026. According to the Next Day Disclosure Return, 60,000,000 new shares were issued at HKD 0.3 per share under a placing agreement dated 4 February 2026. The number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) rose from 937,864,480 to 997,864,480, representing a 6.4% increase.
Treasury shares remained at 5,952,800, bringing the total number of shares (including treasury shares) to 1,003,817,280. The company confirmed that all money due for the newly issued shares has been duly received, and the transaction complied with applicable regulatory requirements.
