GREAT CHI HLDGS (00021) announced its results for the six months ended June 30, 2025, reporting revenue of HK$26.026 million, representing a year-on-year increase of 402.4%. The company recorded a loss attributable to owners of HK$43.586 million, compared to a profit of HK$8.121 million in the same period last year. Basic loss per share was HK$1.10 cents. The increase in turnover during the period was mainly attributable to the increased delivery area of property sales during the period.
