摩根士丹利预计，未来2-3年内存储半导体将进入价格稳步上涨的"超级周期"。其中，高带宽内存（HBM）产品需求增长尤为迅速，预计全球HBM市场规模将从2023年的30亿美元增至2027年的530亿美元。此外，中国国内AI芯片技术进步也为行业带来新的增长动力。作为三倍杠杆的半导体行业ETF，SOXL对整个半导体板块的强劲表现反应格外敏感，从而带动其盘前大幅上涨。
