绿城服务集团有限公司（02869）于2026年1月14日发布翌日披露报表，披露当日回购了430,000股公司股份。公告显示，此次回购占该公司回购前已发行股份的0.0137%，并将相关股份列作库存股份。
此次回购的每股价格在港币4.41元至4.56元之间，总金额约为港币1,930,288。回购完成后，公司已发行股份总数为3,152,786,968股，其中实际在外流通的已发行股份为3,135,476,968股，库存股份增至17,310,000股。
公告同时说明，该回购活动乃根据2025年6月20日通过的回购授权进行。在此授权下，公司可回购最多314,361,562股股份，至今已回购17,310,000股，约占授权通过当日已发行股份的0.5506%。绿城服务集团有限公司确认已遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规。
