根据公司公告，诺和诺德计划在全球范围内裁减约9000个工作岗位，占公司总岗位78400个的11.5%。其中，预计在丹麦本土将裁减约5000个岗位。公司表示，这一裁员计划旨在通过"重组与效率提升"，在2026年底前实现约80亿丹麦克朗（约11.5亿美元）的年化成本节约。
