根据公告，代扣所得税安排因股东类型而异。非中国内地的非居民企业股东适用10%税率；H股个人股东中，香港、澳门居民或与内地签有10%股息税率税收协定的国家（地区）居民，按10%扣税；与内地签有低于10%税率协定的居民暂按10%扣税；与内地签有20%税率协定、无税收协定国家居民及其他情况，按20%扣税。内地个人投资者通过投资H股取得的股息，则按20%税率代扣代缴个人所得税。公司表示，对因股东纳税身份未及时确定或不准确确定而引致的任何申索或争议，概不负责。
