DESON Development International (00262) announced that, effective December 31, 2025, Dr. Ho Chung-tai has tendered his resignation as an Independent Non-Executive Director and will consequently step down from his positions on the Audit Committee, the Remuneration Committee, and the Nomination Committee. Concurrently, Ir. Siu Man-bor, an Independent Non-Executive Director, has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee, the Remuneration Committee, and the Nomination Committee.
