On December 31, 2025, EVEREST GOLD (01815) announced the allotment and issuance of shares. Specifically, the company allotted and issued 3.10 million shares to Subscriber D and 18.60 million shares to Subscriber E. This brings the total number of shares allotted and issued to 21.70 million. The issue price for each share was HK$1.61.
