根据公告，股份除净日为2026年5月22日，股东如欲符合收取股息资格，须于2026年5月26日16时30分前递交过户文件，并于2026年5月27日至5月29日期间暂停办理股份过户登记，记录日期为2026年5月29日。第一期股息将于2026年6月10日派发。
其余三期派息日期分别为2026年7月31日（每股0.01港元）、2026年8月31日（每股0.02港元）及2026年9月30日（每股0.02港元）。该公司董事会现由七名董事组成，其中三名为执行董事具文忠先生（主席）、李波先生（行政总裁）及纪坤朋先生；一名为非执行董事张琳女士；以及三名独立非执行董事刘佩莲女士、陈量暖先生及薛慧女士。
