Passengers catching ride-hailing services at Beijing Daxing International Airport should take note of an important change. Starting from 06:00 on September 15th, the ride-hailing pickup point at Daxing Airport will be relocated from the 1M level of Parking Building P1 to a new designated ride-hailing zone situated on the northeast side of the terminal building, which was formerly the P2 Parking Building.

The newly renovated boarding area comes with upgraded service facilities. Previously, due to space constraints in the old pickup and waiting area, peak travel times often led to crowded waiting conditions, long queues of vehicles, and slow traffic flow. The newly upgraded zone offers a more spacious waiting area, an increased number of boarding bays, and a more organized separation of pedestrian and vehicle traffic, which is expected to shorten waiting times for both passengers and drivers, making ride-hailing trips more efficient and stress-free.

Transport authorities are advising both travelers and ride-hailing drivers that, as of September 15th at 06:00, all pick-up services at Daxing Airport will be uniformly transferred to the new ride-hailing zone. It is suggested that passengers, after booking a ride online, head directly to the new area via Door No. 14 on the east side of the terminal's second floor and follow the area's signage and digital wayfinding indicators to queue in an orderly fashion. Drivers are also encouraged to familiarize themselves with the new traffic and parking regulations in advance and to comply with management requirements while operating, in order to help maintain a smooth and orderly travel environment for everyone.
