MoneyMax sets S$0.90 issue price for scrip dividend shares

MoneyMax Financial Services Ltd. announced that new shares to be issued under its Scrip Dividend Scheme for the fiscal year ended Dec, 31 2025 will be priced at 0.90 Singapore dollars each.

The issue price reflects a discount of about 9.12% to the average volume-weighted average price of the company’s shares traded on the Singapore Exchange during May, 07-08 2026, the period spanning the ex-dividend and record dates.

Shareholders had approved a final one-tier tax-exempt dividend of 1.50 Singapore cents per share and a special one-tier tax-exempt dividend of 0.50 Singapore cents per share at the annual general meeting on Apr, 28 2026. The record date to determine entitlements was May, 08 2026.

Eligible shareholders will receive Notices of Election around May, 25 2026 and may choose to receive the dividends in cash or in new shares, in full or in part. Fractional share entitlements will be rounded down to the nearest whole number.

Payment of the final and special dividends, whether in cash or shares, is scheduled for Jun, 26 2026.
