Tian An Medicare releases offer document and SGM materials, outlines shareholder communication preferences

Tian An Medicare Limited announced that the English and Chinese versions of its latest Offer Document, Form of Acceptance and Proxy Form for the forthcoming Special General Meeting have been uploaded to both the company’s website (http://www.tiananmedicare.com.hk) and the HKEXnews portal (http://www.hkexnews.hk).

Printed copies of the materials are being dispatched to shareholders who previously elected hard-copy delivery.

Shareholders wishing to alter their future document-receipt method—or the language in which they receive printed communications—can submit a signed Change Request Form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the Hong Kong branch share registrar, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Requests may be mailed (no stamp required if posted locally) or delivered by hand; electronic requests can be sent to 383-ecom@vistra.com.

Holders who experience difficulty accessing the electronic documents may obtain printed versions free of charge upon request. The company will process any future changes in delivery or language preference upon receiving at least seven days’ written notice.
