Jilin Province Chuncheng Heating Company Limited (Chuncheng Heating) has released an updated roster of its Board of Directors and detailed the latest composition of its four Board-level committees.

The Board now comprises: • Executive Director: Zhang Liming, who also serves as Vice-Chairman. • Non-executive Directors: Song Chi (Chairman), Yang Zhongshi and Shi Mingjun. • Independent Non-executive Directors: Zhang Yan, Du Jie and Chan Sing Fai. • Employee Director: Qiu Jianhua.

Committee assignments are as follows: 1. Strategy Committee – chaired by Song Chi, with Zhang Liming and Qiu Jianhua as members. 2. Remuneration Committee – chaired by Du Jie, joined by Zhang Liming and Chan Sing Fai. 3. Audit Committee – chaired by Chan Sing Fai, with Yang Zhongshi and Zhang Yan serving as members. 4. Nomination Committee – chaired by Zhang Yan, accompanied by Shi Mingjun and Du Jie.

The revised structure, announced on 7 May 2026 in Jilin, streamlines governance by clearly delineating leadership roles across strategic planning, remuneration oversight, audit supervision and director nomination processes.
