中国东方航空股份有限公司（“中国东航”，港交所股份代号：00670，上交所股份代号：600115）于2025年12月1日发布截至2025年11月30日的股份变动月报。根据公告，当月公司执行购回并注销股份操作，H股减少114,006,000股，A股减少89,553,900股，共计回购并注销203,559,900股。
\n\n公告显示，截至11月末，公司普通股H股从上月的5,176,777,777股降至5,062,771,777股，普通股A股从上月的17,114,518,793股降至17,024,964,893股。期内并无权益类期权或其他股权激励产生变动。上述回购事项经2024年11月8日股东大会批准，并于2025年11月11日执行完成注销。
\n\n11月底，公司法定/注册股本总额为22,087,736,670股，较上月有所下降。公司表示，所有本月购回及注销活动均遵守香港联合交易所有限公司《上市规则》及适用的法律法规，并经公司董事会正式授权。
