Bloom Energy Corp's stock surged 11.26% in after-hours trading following the release of its fourth-quarter financial results, which significantly exceeded analyst expectations.
The fuel cell systems provider reported quarterly adjusted earnings per share of $0.51, beating the consensus estimate of $0.31. Revenue for the quarter reached $777.683 million, surpassing the $652.1 million estimate and representing a 35.9% year-over-year increase. Full-year 2025 revenue grew 37.3% to $2.02 billion, setting a new record for the company.
Management attributed the strong performance to significant growth from AI data center demand and continued strength in the commercial and industrial business. The company also provided an optimistic 2026 revenue outlook of $3.1 billion to $3.3 billion, along with projected non-GAAP operating income of $425 million to $475 million.
