Maoye International: Executive Director Lu Xiaojuan Steps Down, Continues as CFO

Maoye International announced that Lu Xiaojuan has resigned from the Board as an executive director with immediate effect on 14 September 2026 to focus on other personal commitments. Although relinquishing her Board seat, Lu will remain the company’s chief financial officer.

According to the filing, Lu confirmed there is no disagreement with the Board and no issues requiring shareholder attention. The Board expressed gratitude for her contributions during her tenure.

Following the change, Maoye International’s Board now comprises: • Executive directors: Huang Mao Ru (Chairman) and Tang Haifeng • Non-executive director: Tony Huang • Independent non-executive directors: Rao Yong, Pao Ping Wing and Xu Jing

The announcement was issued under the authority of Chairman Huang Mao Ru. No further managerial or strategic alterations were disclosed.
