公告指出，此前自2025年9月至2026年2月，集团已多次向杭州银行认购包括添利宝结构性存款在内的多款理财产品。由于该系列交易在香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则下的适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，因此被视为须予披露的交易。董事会强调此类理财认购风险水平较低，同时有助于提升闲置资金的收益率。根据公告，该事项已获豁免遵守股东批准规定。
