目前，AI岗位已成为就业市场上增长最快、薪酬最高的机会之一。据分析师称，相关职位的年薪通常约为17.7万美元，相比之下，非AI岗位的年薪则约为8万美元。
薪酬增长最为迅猛的领域集中在少数几个特定职位上，其中包括技术人员和前线部署工程师等岗位。然而，与此形成鲜明对比的是，诸如“AI主管”或AI工程师之类的高管职位，其薪酬自2024年以来一直保持平稳，而AI副总裁职位的挂牌薪资则已从此前超过30万美元的高位回落。
分析师表示，这种薪酬分化的现象，折射出AI人才市场正在经历结构性调整，对技术型人才的需求持续升温，而对高层管理岗位的需求则相对趋于理性。
