ANHUI EXPRESSWAY (00995) has announced that a proposal to invest in the reconstruction and expansion project of the G30 Lianhuo Expressway's Anhui section was approved on February 6, 2026. The total estimated investment for this project is approximately 5.42 billion yuan. The Anhui segment of the Lianhuo Expressway spans about 54 kilometers, featuring four lanes in both directions and a design speed of 120 km/h. Its toll operation period runs for 30 years, from July 1, 2002, to June 30, 2032. The route starts at the Anhui-Jiangsu provincial boundary in Baitu Town, Xiaoxian County, Suzhou City, and ends at the Anhui-Henan provincial boundary in Zhangzhuangzhai Town, Xiaoxian County, Suzhou City. It includes three toll stations—Zhangzhuangzhai, Xiaoxian South, and Xiaoxian East—and one service area in Wangzhai. The expansion project will primarily involve adding lanes on both sides of the existing expressway, with localized one-sided separation and widening as a supplementary approach, upgrading the road from four lanes to eight lanes in both directions. The project is located in Xiaoxian County, Suzhou City, Anhui Province, with a construction period of 36 months. The Anhui section of the Lianhuo Expressway is a high-quality road asset of the company and one of its core highway properties. This expansion project will help extend the operating rights period for the expressway section, enhance its traffic capacity and toll revenue, strengthen the company's core competitiveness, and promote sustainable development. Furthermore, initiating the expansion early can effectively control construction costs amid the general trend of rising labor and land acquisition expenses. In the long term, it is expected to positively impact the company's financial condition and operational results, contributing to improved performance and the consolidation and enhancement of profitability.
