Toku Wins First European Enterprise Deal With On-Demand Delivery Platform

Toku (TKU) announced on Feb, 12 2026 that it has signed an enterprise agreement with a leading multi-category on-demand delivery platform operating across Europe, marking the customer experience specialist’s first commercial win in the region.

The initial rollout will support the customer’s sales operations in Italy, Portugal, Romania and Spain, with plans to extend coverage to an additional 18 European markets as the partnership progresses.

The agreement follows Toku’s expansion into Latin America and the Middle East last year and establishes Europe as the company’s fourth operating region.

Chief Executive Officer Thomas Laboulle said the deal underscores Toku’s ability to deliver customer experience solutions in mature, highly regulated markets while advancing its global growth strategy.
