Hygeia Healthcare Holdings Co., Limited (HYGEIA HEALTH) disclosed that it repurchased 196,600 ordinary shares on 23 July 2026, deploying HK$2.00 million in cash. The shares were bought on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HK$10.09 to HK$10.23, implying an average cost of roughly HK$10.16 per share.
Following the transaction, HYGEIA HEALTH’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.03% to 606.05 million shares, down from 606.25 million as at 22 July 2026. Treasury shares rose to 12.45 million, while the company’s total issued share capital remained unchanged at 618.50 million shares.
The repurchase was executed under the buyback mandate approved on 26 June 2026, which authorises the company to reacquire up to 60.77 million shares. To date, HYGEIA HEALTH has repurchased 1.69 million shares under this mandate, equivalent to 0.28% of the shares outstanding on the mandate date, leaving approximately 59.09 million shares of remaining capacity.
All repurchased shares are being held in treasury and have not been cancelled. In line with Hong Kong Listing Rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 22 August 2026.
