MOBICON GROUP Subsidiary Plans Acquisition of South African Property

MBM Properties (Proprietary) Limited, an indirect non-wholly owned subsidiary of MOBICON GROUP (01213), has entered into an agreement with the sellers, Mr. Moutinho and Ms. Diogo, on May 5, 2026. Under the agreement, the buyer will acquire the property from the sellers for a consideration of 8.27 million South African Rand (approximately 3.904 million Hong Kong dollars). The property is a residential unit located at Apartment 12422, 53, 2nd Avenue, Houghton, Johannesburg, 2198. It covers an area of about 214 square meters and features three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a combined living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry room, and secondary kitchen space, as well as a covered terrace.
