CIMC Enric Holdings Limited reported that on 17 September 2026 it repurchased 296,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were bought at prices ranging from HK$7.505 to HK$7.64, with a volume-weighted average cost of HK$7.6045, for a total consideration of approximately HK$2.25 million.
Following the transaction, the number of issued shares excluding treasury shares declined by 0.014% to 2.11032 billion, while treasury shares increased to 4.24 million. The total issued share capital remains unchanged at 2.11455 billion, as the repurchased shares are being held in treasury.
The buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 20 May 2026, which authorises CIMC Enric to repurchase up to 211.30 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 2.71 million shares, equivalent to 0.1281% of the share base on the mandate date.
Under Hong Kong listing rules, CIMC Enric is restricted from issuing, selling or transferring any shares until 17 October 2026, 30 days after the latest repurchase.
