2026年8月11日，手回集团有限公司（02621）发布盈利警告，披露截至2026年6月30日止六个月之主要财务预期数据：
1. 收入预计介乎人民币6.17亿元至6.37亿元，同比增加62–82百万元。
2. 净利润预计介乎人民币64–84百万元，同比减少约5.82亿元至6.02亿元。
3. 经调整股东应占净利润（非香港财务报告准则计量）预计介乎人民币66–86百万元，同比增加0–20百万元。
公司解释，净利润录得大幅下降，主要由于本期向投资者发行的金融工具账面值变动收益为零，而上年同期该收益为人民币6.19亿元；相关金融工具已于上市后由负债重分类至权益，不再产生该项变动。
经调整股东应占净利润（非香港财务报告准则计量）预期上升，主要受以下因素带动： (i) 保险交易服务收入实现稳健增长； (ii) 以公允价值计量且其变动计入当期损益的金融资产未变现收益增加。
董事会表示，尽管净利润预计下降，但集团整体营运、财务及现金流状况仍保持稳健。公司预计将在2026年8月底公布正式中期业绩。
