Top Form International Limited released an operational update for the third quarter of fiscal year ending 30 June 2026, reporting a notable contraction in topline performance.

Revenue and margin • Group sales reached HK$238.40 million, down 21.8% year on year, mainly due to reduced orders from U.S. customers. • The United States accounted for 68% of quarterly sales, Europe 10%, and the rest of the world 22%. • Gross profit margin declined versus the prior-year period, attributed to customer and product-mix changes.

Nine-month performance For the nine months to 31 March 2026, cumulative sales stood at HK$739.10 million, a 22.0% decrease from the same period last year, also driven by lower U.S. order volumes.

Manufacturing footprint Asia ex-China plants produced 86% of total output during the quarter, with the remaining 14% produced in China. Management highlighted ongoing efforts to level-load capacity, curb operating costs and optimise utilisation.

Liquidity position As at 31 March 2026, cash and bank balances totalled HK$40.90 million, complemented by HK$19.90 million in undrawn banking facilities. The Group emphasised disciplined capital management to meet commitments and fund future initiatives.

Outlook Management expects a challenging operating environment amid macroeconomic uncertainties, subdued consumer sentiment and geopolitical risks. Additional cost pressure could arise from elevated oil prices linked to conflict in the Middle East. The Group intends to maintain cost discipline, enhance operational efficiency and preserve financial flexibility, leveraging its innovation-driven, vertically integrated, multi-country model.
