山东威高集团医用高分子制品股份有限公司（“威高股份”，股票代码：01066）发布翌日披露报表，公告显示，公司于2026年7月2日在香港联合交易所回购10.00万股H股股份，占当日回购前公司已发行股本约0.0022%，回购价格区间为每股3.19港元至3.20港元，合计耗资319,800港元（折合约31.98万港元）。本次回购股份计划以库存股形式持有。
回购完成后，威高股份的已发行股本总数为4,522,332,324股，其中包括4,462,167,924股已发行股份及60,164,400股库存股份。公告同时披露，公司先前曾于2026年5月29日通过股份回购授权，授权购买股份上限总数为446,464,632股，截至公告日期，公司已根据该授权于交易所及其他证券交易所合计回购2,838,400股，占回购授权通过当日已发行股本约0.6358%。
公司在公告中确认，本次回购已按照香港联合交易所证券上市规则以及相关法律法规的规定进行。公告由公司秘书黄妙玲签署。
