Horizon Heights Ltd.与IDT International Limited（股票代码：00167，下称“IDT INT'L”）7月20日联合公告，由力高证券有限公司代表要约人就收购IDT INT'L全部已发行股份（要约人及一致行动人士已拥有或同意收购者除外）提出的强制性无条件现金要约之综合文件寄发时间将延后。
根据《香港公司收购及合并守则》规则8.2，综合文件原须于6月29日公告日期后21天内，即不迟于2026年7月20日寄发。由于仍需落实若干资料，包括独立财务顾问意见函及规则10.11所需的重大变化声明，文件未能如期寄发。
IDT INT'L已向香港证监会收购及合并事务执行人员申请将寄发期限延长至2026年8月10日或之前，执行人员已表示有意同意该申请。要约人及IDT INT'L表示，如综合文件寄发时间表有任何进一步变动，将适时发布后续公告。
截至公告日期，Horizon Heights Ltd.唯一董事为沈晶瑋女士；IDT INT'L董事会由三名执行董事刘坤先生、朱国强先生、沈跃杰先生及三名独立非执行董事陈维洁女士、麦天生先生、李博先生组成。
