华宝国际控股有限公司（股票代码：00336）于2026年5月28日公告称，在香港联交所场内回购160,000股股份，约占公司现有已发行股本的0.005%。回购价格区间介乎每股3.50港元至3.56港元，涉资约56.59万港元。该等回购股份尚未注销，回购完成后公司已发行股本仍维持为3,228,431,876股。
根据公告，公司于2026年5月11日通过相关购回授权，可回购的股份总数为322,843,187股。截至此次回购后，公司已于香港联交所或其他证券交易所累计购回895,000股，占购回授权通过当日公司已发行股本约0.0277%。
公司表示，回购事项已遵守相关上市规则及法律法规要求。公告由执行董事潘昭国签署。
