Road King extends General RSA Fee deadline to 21 Aug 2026; over 75% creditor backing for debt restructuring

Road King Infrastructure Limited (Road King) has extended the General RSA Fee Deadline from 7 August 2026 to 5:00 p.m. (Hong Kong time) on 21 August 2026. The additional two-week window is intended to give remaining creditors more time to complete internal approval processes and accede to the company’s Restructuring Support Agreement (RSA).

Management reported that, based on ongoing discussions, holders representing more than 75% of the aggregate principal amount of the Existing Notes and Existing Perpetual Securities are expected to accede to the RSA and vote in favour of the proposed restructuring. Achieving this participation threshold would satisfy a key requirement for implementing the restructuring plan.

Road King stated that it continues to coordinate with advisers and stakeholders on ancillary workstreams to complete the restructuring by year-end, consistent with the original timetable. The company reiterated its invitation for any outstanding holders of Existing Debt to accede to the RSA via the transaction website to facilitate a smooth implementation process.

Further announcements will be issued in accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules and applicable regulations as material developments arise. Investors are advised to remain aware of related risks and exercise caution when dealing in Road King’s securities.
