英派药业-B（07630）7月8日公告，公司拟于2026年7月27日（星期一）举行2026年第一次临时股东会。为确定股东出席及投票资格，公司将于2026年7月22日（星期三）至2026年7月27日（星期一）（包括首尾两日）暂停办理股份过户登记手续。
在2026年7月27日名列股东名册的股东，或其委任代表或获授权公司代表，均可出席并投票。拟出席会议的股东需在2026年7月21日（星期二）16时30分前，将已填妥的过户文件及有关股票送达公司香港H股证券登记处——香港中央证券登记有限公司（地址：香港湾仔皇后大道东183号合和中心17楼1712-1716号铺）办理登记。
会议通函、通告及代表委任表格将按公司章程、适用法律及香港联交所上市规则适时寄发予股东（如有要求），并同步在香港联交所网站及公司网站刊发。
根据公告披露，董事会目前由3名执行董事、3名非执行董事及3名独立非执行董事组成。公司执行董事兼首席执行官蔡遂雄博士代表董事会签署了本次公告。
