融信中国控股有限公司（“公司”，股份代号：3301）于2026年2月5日公布的1月股份变动月报显示，截至2026年1月31日，公司的股本结构保持稳定，未发生新的股份发行、注销或库藏股变动。
根据公告，公司法定股本总额为港币380,000元，股份面值每股港币0.00001元，合计注册股份38,000,000,000股；截至1月底，公司已发行普通股1,683,431,417股，且无库藏股份，较上一月无增减。
