FIH Mobile buys back 44,000 shares, lifts treasury stock to 6.85 million

FIH Mobile Limited disclosed that it repurchased 44,000 ordinary shares on 07 July 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The shares were bought at prices ranging between HKD 18.30 and HKD 18.72, for a volume-weighted average of HKD 18.49 per share, bringing total consideration to HKD 0.81 million. All repurchased shares will be held as treasury stock; none have been cancelled.

After the transaction, FIH Mobile’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell to 781.60 million, while treasury shares increased to 6.85 million. The buy-back represents 0.0056 % of the company’s issued shares (excluding treasury shares) as at 06 July 2026. Total issued shares remain unchanged at 788.45 million.

The repurchase forms part of the mandate approved on 22 May 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 78.27 million shares. Including the latest transaction, FIH Mobile has acquired 1.45 million shares under this mandate, equating to 0.19 % of the shares outstanding on the mandate date.

Under Main Board Rule 10.06(3)(a), the company is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 06 August 2026.
