2026年8月19日，正荣地产（06158）公告称，根据截至2026年6月30日止六个月（“本期间”）未经审计管理账目及目前可得资料的初步评估，预计本期间将录得母公司拥有人应占亏损约82亿元至84亿元；而2025年同期亏损约64.63亿元。
公司指出，亏损同比扩大主要受以下因素影响： 1. 交付项目数量由同期的约2,000个大幅减少至约600个，致使毛利较同期下降约93.5百万元。 2. 利息资本化率下降，融资成本较同期增加约24%或约469百万元。 3. 本期间就开发中物业及持作出售已竣工物业确认减值亏损约26.90亿元（同期约19.72亿元）。 4. 就金融资产确认减值亏损净额约22.70亿元（同期约13.45亿元）。
公司表示，上述数据尚未经公司核数师及审核委员会审核，最终业绩或将有所调整。正荣地产计划于2026年8月底前公布中期业绩。公司提醒投资者在买卖公司证券时保持审慎，并在有需要时寻求专业意见。
