据知情人士透露，设计软件公司Figma正准备启动可能成为今年最大IPO之一的上市计划，并已聘请摩根士丹利作为主承销商。同时，高盛和Allen & Co. 也将参与此次上市筹备。
Figma早在4月就已经秘密提交了IPO申请，知情人士称，公司最快可能在今年上市，但具体时间表仍可能调整。
对此，Figma、摩根士丹利和高盛均拒绝置评，Allen & Co. 也暂未回应置评请求。
Figma 是一家专注于应用设计与协作软件的公司，曾在2022年与 Adobe达成200亿美元收购协议，但因监管机构的持续审查，交易在一年多后被取消。上周，Figma 在旧金山的Config 大会上发布了多款新产品，包括多项与人工智能相关的新功能，比如帮助设计师快速生成应用代码的AI工具。目前，Figma的客户涵盖微软、亚马逊等知名科技公司。
根据 PitchBook 的数据，自2013年以来，Figma已累计融资超过3亿美元，背后投资方包括Index Ventures、Kleiner Perkins、红杉资本（Sequoia Capital）以及 Greylock Partners。去年，公司在 Coatue、Alkeon、General Catalyst 等机构参与的新一轮融资中，估值达到了125亿美元。
如果 Figma 最终在今年顺利上市，无疑将为略显低迷的美股IPO市场注入一针强心剂。今年以来，美股IPO市场表现低于预期，仅募集约190亿美元，同比增长约11%，其中仅有三宗IPO募资规模突破10亿美元。
