Pa Shun International Holdings Limited (PASHUN INT'L) announced on 17 May 2026 that the English and Chinese versions of its latest Circular relating to a requisitioned extraordinary general meeting (EGM), together with the Notice of EGM and Proxy Form, are now available on both the company website (www.pashun.com.cn) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board encourages shareholders to access these documents electronically and has reiterated that shareholders who have already elected to receive printed copies will receive them by post.

Key operational points from the notice are as follows:

• Delivery format: Shareholders preferring printed copies of current or future corporate communications can submit the enclosed Change Request Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, by post (prepaid label provided) or email (574-ecom@vistra.com).

• Email registration: A functional email address must be on file to receive electronic notices. Until such address is provided, shareholders will only receive hard-copy notices and actionable documents.

• Validity period: Printed-copy requests remain effective until 31 December 2026 unless earlier revised in writing.
