CONCORD NE (00182) Subsidiary Enters into Procurement and Construction Agreement

CONCORD NE (00182) announced that after trading hours on October 14, 2025, Blue Heron Solar, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, entered into a procurement and construction agreement with contractor NoBull Energy. The owner will engage the contractor to undertake the project at a contract price of approximately $114 million.

The contractor will undertake the project for the owner on a turnkey, fixed-price basis with guaranteed completion date, including procurement, installation, construction, testing, grid connection and commissioning services for the project. The project involves power generation facilities located in the United States, including approximately 147 megawatts of alternating current solar power generation capacity and an associated battery energy storage system with a capacity of approximately 361 megawatt-hours.

The owner will directly procure certain equipment required for the project, including main power transformers, battery energy storage systems and photovoltaic solar modules. The project will be completed no later than the end of July 2027.
